RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Shipping Costs
At www.elenakastellanou.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of receiving them. To qualify, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please contact elkastellanou@gmail.com for guidance on how to initiate your return or exchange.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. It is recommended to use a shipping method via ELTA Courier, thus ensuring that the returned items will reach us safely without risk of loss or damage during transport. We will not be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.
