Orders are confirmed upon system approval. If a product is unavailable, you will be notified.

1. Return Conditions
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and with out smells in original packaging.
- No returns on earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective).

2. You will receive return instructions.
3. Upon inspection, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
